We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you can do so by contacting our customer service team by phone at +39 06 1234 5678. If the order has not been sent out for delivery, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund in € to your original method of payment.
Returns and Refunds After Delivery
Once an order has been delivered, we can accept returns provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- The return is made within 24 hours of the original delivery time.
If the product does not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Refunds will be processed within a certain amount of days upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of its condition.
Non-refundable Items
We cannot accept returns of certain items for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to food products that have been opened or partially consumed.
